Delaware corporation behind College Council and Prepclass

Okiro Education, Inc. is a Delaware corporation that owns the College Council brand and publishes the group's educational software: the College Council admissions app, the Prepclass exam-preparation platform with its iOS and Android apps, and the Okiro SAT engine.[1][2][3][4] It was incorporated on 4 August 2025 and is led by its founder, Jakub Andre.[1][7]

The corporation appears as the developer of record on Google Play and as the seller on the Apple App Store, where its listings give a mailing address in Miami, Florida, a support e-mail at okiro.io and a telephone number shared with college-council.com.[2][3][9]

The okiro.io domain was registered on 31 July 2025.[6] The incorporation filing was submitted through Stripe Atlas on 1 August 2025, and Stripe Atlas confirmed on 4 August 2025 that Okiro Education, Inc. had been incorporated in Delaware; the prepclass.io domain followed on 25 August 2025.[1][6] The corporation's first store listing, "Prepclass - TOEFL Prep 2026", went live on the Apple App Store on 14 April 2026, and the Android edition was last updated on 25 August 2026.[2][3]

Structure and brands [edit]

The corporation operates three consumer brands: College Council, the consultancy and admissions platform founded in 2018, seven years before the corporation itself;[7] Prepclass;[5] and Okiro, whose site carries the College Council copyright notice and whose SAT engine now runs inside both platforms.[4] According to the publisher, card payments for all products are processed through Stripe.[8] The corporation serves a worldwide market and uses a business address in Miami, Florida, for correspondence.[2][8]
